At Amazon, we are always exploring new opportunities to shape our global business. Our Program Managers help us implement the best ideas and support our transportation network to drive success. As you take on different responsibilities, you’ll become an expert in the business, operations, and processes, and see your experience evolve. Along the way, you’ll work closely with different functions across Amazon and see how working together makes us a leader in what we do.
Amazon is a data-driven business, so part of your role will involve gathering insights to make decisions. You’ll trial different ideas, analyze data to identify potential challenges, and present your findings to senior teams.
The environment is fast-paced, deadline driven and you will need to be comfortable working on several initiatives at once. You have a desire to learn and experience new things, and a passion for improvements.
Key job responsibilities

Create project plans and manage the implementation through various phases
A day in the life
Every day is different as a Program Manager. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to deliver solutions for your customers. You will implement changes, collaborate with other teams, track project progress, and share updates with key stakeholders.
About the team
EU STEP brings together Supply Chain, Network Design, and Transportation Planning teams to improve end-to-end forecasting, network flow, planning, and execution. It also brings together our teams from across the business focused on our Operational Excellence pillars - Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES), Learning, Quality, Service, Sustainability and Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Field teams. This integration strengthens operations and execution while driving quality improvements and enhanced customer experience across the entire value chain.
You will join a sub-team with Transportation Network Configuration team that supports our business and operations to keep the transportation network running and growing.
