Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems. **Responsibilities** + Apply expert knowledge of APAC labor laws and the RBA audit processes to support identified gaps and risks with social responsibility audits, and CAP remediation. + Lead direct supplier engagement, including coordinating sustainability assessments, deliver training on the Code of Conduct, develop and drive capacity building programs to proactively mitigate risks. + Develop and enhance the program’s operational framework by creating tracking tools, manage updates to program manuals and playbooks, and implement industry best practices. + Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, align on goals and ensure clear communication and accountability from initial assessment through final reporting. + Perform data analysis and prepare recurring reports on supplier performance, program progress, and key milestones to provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.
