General Summary:

Develops, defines, and executes plans of record, including: schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks. Monitors and drives the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters, as needed. Monitors budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones. Represents the program and drives alignment across stakeholders. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.

QTI India Hardware PMO needs an IP PM to manage the IPs that are delivered to cores and SOCs of multiple business units of Qualcomm.

Job Function

Establish day-to-day operational objectives & organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the program on scheduleManages change control and escalationsAssesses program/initiative issues, and areas of risks, and acts to work with various stakeholders to resolve all problemsIdentifies risks, and clearly communicate goals and resultsConducts team meetings, documents issues, and keeps the extended team informed of status and health of IP development/deliveryMonitors and assures of product/program/project schedule complianceInteracts with senior management and executives on respective functional areas

Minimum/Must Have Skill Set requirement

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field3+ years Program Management experience or related work experienceMust be experienced in complete IP lifecycle developmentMust have domain knowledge on IP design (front end & backend), design verification, IP physical design, layout, and characterizationMust have domain knowledge on SRAM development and deliveryMust have strong Microsoft tools skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, MPP, PowerBI)Must have proven analytics skill in the VLSI domainMust have established interpersonal skills, and should be able to effectively communicate at all levelsMust be capable of synchronizing and motivating engineering leads to attain common goals

Preferred/Good to have but not mandatory Skill Set requirement:

Domain knowledge of PDK components to develop and sign-off IPs desiredDomain knowledge of IP quality assurance plan and quality control highly desiredDomain knowledge of analog and mixed signal IP development and deliveryTrack record of foundation IP, analog IP, and mixed signal IP design management desiredTrack record of successful program management performanceTotal 12+ yrs of experience (4+ yrs of program management experience desired)
