The manager is a highly organized leader who manages and contributes to a portfolio of social media channels for the Central Florida Division. They are a proactive storyteller with strong news judgement who is passionate about finding stories that highlight AdventHealth's clinical excellence, mission, team members and community impact. The manager is an innovative content creator and strategist who produces written copy, photo and videos. The manager's strong interpersonal communications skills and spirit of collaboration helps them work with multiple partners. The manager's strong writing skills allows them to provide a brand voice to content, as well as assist C-suite with thought-leadership content. They excel in a fast-paced work environment and are committed to staying current in the evolving social media landscape. The manager actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Executes day-to-day social media strategy, content and campaigns across social platforms in support of the goals and objectives of the Central Florida Division Communications team + Independently produces daily, channel-specific multimedia content to include written stories, video stories and photography + Creates and maintains a content calendar that supports internal and external communications priorities including: news; stories that highlight AdventHealths mission and commitment to clinical excellence and the community, research and innovation; and stories about team members + Exercises a strong command for news and news judgment, and applies these standards in content strategy and development + Develops and executes strategies for executive thought-leadership, community and stakeholder engagement using social media + Maintains brand integrity across all media formats and creates a unified voice for AdventHealth + Provides social media reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually, and with data analysis provides thoughtful, strategic insight to internal teams to help guide decision making + Interact with consumers directly on social media with professional content that adheres to AdventHealths voice and brand standards + Collaborates with corporate and market social media and content teams to plan and schedule across channels + Manages social media budget Qualifications **What Will You Need:** **Education and Experience Required:** + Bachelor's in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or similar area + 5 experience producing social or digital media in a news, corporate or nonprofit setting **Preferred:** + 5 experience with Facebook Ads Manager, and management of organic, paid and boosted content + Experiencing managing social/digital media for executive thought leadership + Management/supervision experience of a team + Proven ability to produce high-quality, news-style multimedia content with a focus on storytelling + Deep understanding of the traditional and social media landscape + Understanding and use of brand journalism, social and digital media in a corporate setting is required + Must have a strong news judgment + Demonstrated ability to produce written content in AP style This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
