Are you passionate about shaping the future of Beverage at Starbucks? As a program manager in the Menu Experience – Beverage organization, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class beverage experiences to our customers. You will collaborate across Brand teams including Menu Experience, Marketing, and Product Development. This will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and alignment of beverage priorities across the enterprise including connection to Reserve & Roastery, Licensed Coffeehouses, and International Teams. We are seeking someone with a passion for problem solving, program tracking, and influencing stakeholders across multiple teams.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for program and seasonal product updates and communication.
+ Facilitate alignment across category teams and processes, implementing best practices and standardizing processes across teams
+ Drive decisions through influencing decision makers and balancing risk and uncertainty across multiple projects, programs, and functions
+ Efficiently & effectively drive projects/issues to cross-functional resolution
+ Embody our mission and values through helping others succeed, coaching, and building trust across groups
_We’d love to hear from people with:_
+ 8 yrs application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools.
+ 8 yrs managing complex large-scale business or information technology projects.
+ 8 yrs building and mentoring teams.
+ 6 yrs Mentoring other project managers in program and project management.
+ 8 yrs General business experience in large, matrixed organizations.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
