The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate various related projects within the IT organization to ensure they align with business goals. This role will ensure that all projects within a program are completed successfully and on time, ultimately contributing to the organization’s overall success.

Strategic Planning & Executive Support

Manage executive priorities, schedule, and communications to maximize leadership effectivenessCreate and maintain leader dashboards to track key performance indicators and business metricsPrepare and review materials for meetings, leadership reviews, and stakeholder presentations

Program & Project Management

Lead cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and needsDevelop comprehensive project plans with clear scope, timelines, resources, and success metricsIdentify potential risks and dependencies, creating mitigation strategies to ensure project successImplement project management methodologies and best practices appropriate to organizational needsTrack project progress, manage scope changes, and communicate status updates to stakeholders

Operational Excellence

Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline processesEstablish and maintain documentation for key workflows and proceduresLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Foster strong cross-departmental relationships to break down silos and promote collaborationFacilitate effective meetings with clear agendas, action items, and follow-up protocolsCreate communication channels that ensure transparency and alignment across the organization

The Salary Range for the role is $98,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year.
