**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience with partnerships, business development, product marketing, or technology consulting.
+ Experience working with AI technologies and articulating their business applications.
+ Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience developing thought leadership content such as industry reports, case studies, and public-speaking narratives.
+ Experience creating and executing go-to-market strategies that drive technology adoption (like Google Ads and AI tools) and tangible business growth.
+ Understanding of the Generative AI landscape and the broader startup ecosystem, particularly in Brazil.
+ Ability to forge and manage partnerships between technology startups and enterprise organizations.
+ Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, engage with executives and design programs for technical audiences.

In this role, you will be a leader focused on positioning Google as the go-to expert in applied AI for business growth. This role drives positive brand reputation and amplifies connections with mid-to-large advertisers by creating powerful narratives, lighthouse case studies, and insightful industry reports. The key responsibilities include forging partnerships between established advertisers and innovative AI startups, boosting AI product adoption to drive monetization, and empowering the developer community with in-demand AI skills.
Google for Startups works to empower startups worldwide through a combination of programs, partnerships and Google products. We run a series of physical spaces called Campuses where we work directly with startups and startup communities, and where we partner with organizations to support entrepreneurship globally.
**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with the Brand and Reputation Marketing team to create narratives for external events, positioning Google as an expert in AI's practical application for business growth.
+ Amplify connections with mid-to-large advertisers by boosting AI adoption, promoting Google's product usage (with a focus on Ads), and driving monetization to AI startups.
+ Build partnerships between Global Business Organization (GBO), Large Customer Sales, Mid-Market Sales (LCS/MMS) and AI startups to integrate emerging technology and transform the status quo.
+ Establish thought leadership by building AI lighthouse case studies, designing "Hero Cases," and developing reports on the state of GenAI adoption among Brazilian startups.
+ Empower developers by delivering impactful programs to equip them with in-demand AI skills.
