You'll analyze performance metrics, and work on solutions to complex shipping challenges. You'll balance multiple priorities while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders at all levels. The role offers flexibility to work on various initiatives that directly impact millions of customers worldwide. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 2+ years of logistics or supply chain operations experience - Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) at an advanced level - English and Japanese written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience in end-to-end delivery management - Strong stakeholder management skills, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building and optimizing operational processes and workflows - Knowledge of international logistics operations, including customs clearance, trade compliance, and global shipping regulations Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
