Program Manager, Fulfillment Center
Description Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The candidate will need to work with cross functional/cross country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, tech to maintain inventory records and quality standards, as well as drive improvements in existing fulfillment operations. This includes implementing and monitoring quality control measures, conducting regular audits, and ensuring inventory accuracy across the network. The candidate will be directly responsible for senior leadership reviews on inventory performance, quality metrics, and operational efficiency. Key job responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for: a) managing inventory accuracy and quality assurance programs b) maintaining network and transportation configurations. This role includes overseeing inventory management systems, quality control processes, and maintaining operational dashboards to ensure accuracy and compliance. The candidate will manage existing systems, tools, and processes while undertaking cost/efficiency improvement projects. Basic Qualifications - Experience in program or project management - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Speak, write, and read fluently in English Preferred Qualifications - Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
