This is an opportunity to join Seller-flex (External Fulfillment Prime channel) team in Amazon to scale the program and channel with Selling Partners in the Turkey marketplace. Program and Business team is looking for a Manager to play an integral role in building, adopting, engaging and scaling Seller Flex with sellers across Turkey.
Sounds great. What will I be working on? You will initiate, identify, plan and execute multiple activities to drive adoption of Seller Flex. You will define and create seller cohorts for the prime channel. You will be responsible to understand voice of customer/selling partners and work cross-functionally with business, category and product teams on many unique business innovation to drive program adoption.
To be successful you need excellent analytical and communication skills and have a desire to participate in change, and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Key job responsibilities
- Act as the voice of the customer and selling partner in understanding their needs and impact product roadmap.
- Identifying the Selling Partners and selection that qualifies our Prime worthiness bar
- Plan, coordinate and execute innovative and engagement initiatives to drive adoption, revenue and conversion.
- Educate partners on the program and lead awareness to drive adoption.
- Maintain Seller Performance metrics, reports, analysis, dashboards to drive key business decisions.
- Control the Seller Partner churn on the program while expanding the selection and create mechanisms to monitor the Seller Partner performance and sustain Prime worthiness bar to preserve Customer Experience and Seller Experience.
