We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven Program Manager (L5) to lead transformative standardization initiatives across EDSP and its associated operational workflows. This role will own end-to-end program alignment across cross-functional partners including ACES, LMAQ, Product (LMPS), Analytics (AOP), Legal, Field Operations, Finance, and Pricing to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.
The Program Manager will drive key initiatives such as BRS implementation for EDSP bundling, Ops Clock enablement within EDSP, and RTW deployment across dense EDSPs. In addition, this role will lead a Think Big vision to evolve the AMPL structure and define the future-state operating model for EDSP. This includes designing scalable frameworks and robust data pipelines to strengthen capacity planning, operational reliability, and long-term sustainability.
The role will structurally lead charters focused on cash hygiene, address accuracy in rural-subrural, performance management (including offboarding of underperforming associates and strengthening quality onboarding mechanisms), and improving EDSP reliability. Partnering closely with Quality teams, the Program Manager will diagnose and resolve systemic challenges such as metro-specific concerns and recurring reliability concerns through data-driven root cause analysis and sustainable process improvements.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with Last mile operational rigor and data-driven decision-making to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability at scale.
