The Early Talent Program Manager oversees the early talent programs for the Global Supply Chain, including summer internships, engineering co-ops, and the Accelerated Development Program, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through career transition. This role drives continuous improvement by leveraging data and feedback to deliver impactful training and an overall positive program experience. Additionally, the Program Manager partners with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders to streamline recruitment, communications, and program operations while monitoring budgets and supporting participant success.

This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113.
