Program Manager, DSTT
Amazon Lab126 is an inventive research and development company that designs and engineers high-profile consumer electronics. Lab126 began in 2004 as a subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc., originally creating the best-selling Kindle family of products. Since then, we produced ground-breaking devices like Fire tablets, Fire TV, Amazon Echo, and Astro. What will you help us create?

The Device Services Tracking Team (DSTT) is responsible for managing, tracking and globally distributing pre-released, prototype devices for internal customers across Amazon Devices and Services, including Kindle, Echo, Alexa, FireTV, Ring, and Kuiper. They collaborate with Program Managers, Contract Manufacturers, and development teams to plan, allocate and process thousands of prototype devices every month. The team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to help scale operations, drive innovation, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and raise the bar for device distribution and logistics.

Key job responsibilities

> Collaboration with cross functional teams to manage workflows (drive demand, establish priorities, and align delivery expectations)
> Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to tool usage, user permissions, device transfers, and database administration
> Partnering with software development engineers to define and test feature enhancements for internal tools that support device distribution and logistics
> Occasionally travel to US and international sites (typically less than once per quarter)
