As an ideal candidate, you will come with a proven track record of launching and owning talent development programs. You will own an intern program for campus hires joining OCI data centers. You will work with stakeholders across the OCI business, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and a newly formed OCI Data Center Learning & Development team to pull together a scalable and comprehensive programmatic and onboarding experience for early career new hires. You will effectively communicate project status and demonstrate ‘act now and iterate.’
Specific responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
· Deliverables: You will create a scalable, core and consistent programmatic experience for data center intern early career talent, creating milestones and engagement to drive their personal success and growth.
· Expansion: After initially rolling out the program, you will take learnings and feedback to support expansion of this onboarding model to existing and new sites for OCI data centers globally.
· Stakeholder Relationships: You will collaborate with and build relationships with stakeholders from front-line managers to leaders across OCI, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition.
