Program Manager, Creative Marketing Operations
Job Summary:

Disney Entertainment Television is seeking a Program Manager to join the Creative Marketing Operations team. This role will lead programs related to marketing operations, localization planning, and asset management for campaigns across ABC, ABC News, Freeform, FX, NatGeo, DBT, and Hulu. The ideal candidate brings entertainment industry experience, a background in film or production, and a strategic mindset that connects creative goals with global execution. The Program Manager will also contribute to special projects and cross-brand initiatives with executive visibility, while supporting junior staff on day-to-day task execution.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of global marketing campaign workflows, including localization timelines, creative asset planning, and delivery.

Facilitate cross-functional planning between international marketing and internal creative teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution milestones.

Collaborate with finishing and post teams to oversee the review, QC, and delivery of AV and static assets, including localized versions.

Support and guide Coordinators on task management, documentation, and meeting follow-ups.

Liaise with internal partners in talent relations and publicity to ensure timing and asset usage align with campaign goals and approvals.

Manage campaign documentation and trackers, and provide operational updates and insights to internal teams and executive stakeholders.

Identify risks and timeline blockers and escalate to senior leadership as needed.

Ensure SLAs and campaign dependencies are clearly understood across Legal, S&P, Broadcast Synergy, International/Disney+, Paid Media, and other relevant teams.

Contribute to high-visibility special projects and cross-brand operations efforts driven by senior leadership.

Recommend improvements to workflows, tools, and communication processes to elevate team efficiency and creative impact.\

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in entertainment marketing, production, or creative operations—preferably within a studio, network, or streaming environment managing complex relationships with competing priorities while strategically identifying and executing on opportunities for operational efficiency.

Background in film, media production, or a related creative discipline.

Strong understanding of post-production workflows and localization processes.

Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder creative projects with international scope.

Experience collaborating with talent relations and publicity teams.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.

Strong presentation and reporting skills for cross-functional and executive audiences.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

Proficiency in Airtable, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Jira.

PMP or Scrum certification is a plus.

Required Education:

BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $94,200.00 to $126,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
