Program Manager, Construction Systems
**Summary:** We are seeking a leader to own and deliver complex, multi-faceted system portfolios that are critical to Meta's Design, Engineering, & Construction team's success.In this role you'll take full ownership of a broad portfolio of large-scale, system-focused programs, based in industry standard platforms (eg Oracle Primavera, Autodesk ACC, etc.), that are used to improve and accelerate design and construction workflows, data analytics, and decision making for our global construction program. You’ll shape the direction, strategy, and execution across multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing value delivery.You will lead cross-functional teams at the intersection of enterprise product companies, technical domains, and business staff. You’ll assemble and inspire technical experts from various workstreams to deliver on charters and roadmaps.You will manage every aspect of the systems portfolio—including development, user adoption, optimization, risk management, budget tracking, vendor engagement, and reporting. You’ll be the single point of contact for all stakeholders, proactively resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.You will guarantee system stability and efficiency, empowering the organization to operate seamlessly and adapt to evolving business needs. Develop, implement, and manage a portfolio of complex, system-focused programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives 2. Develop and implement standards and strategies to enable scalable processes for systems and cross-functional partners 3. Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources based on strategic relevance, potential benefits, risks, and available capacity 4. Develop and maintain multi-year roadmaps, investment strategies, and success criteria for the systems programs and a portfolio 5. Define, plan, and manage all aspects of program delivery, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables 6. Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards 7. Serve as the single point of contact for all portfolio and program stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partners 8. Manage communications, reporting, and status updates to ensure transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization 9. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the portfolio and individual programs 10. Plan and manage resources (people, budget, vendors) across the portfolio to maximize value and efficiency 11. Track and report on program status, budget utilization, forecast needs, and ensure cost-effective delivery **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 12. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline) or equivalent experience 13. 7+ years of experience in program, project, or portfolio management, with a focus on large-scale, complex systems or enterprise environments for large-scale construction organizations 14. Proven success in managing multiple, cross-functional programs or portfolios simultaneously 15. Proven success in systems development, integration, and lifecycle management 16. Proven success with risk management, data analytics, stakeholder management (including change management), reporting, budget tracking, and vendor management 17. Proven success with leading and influencing cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders 18. Proven success in communication, stakeholder management, teaching, and reporting skills 19. Proven success in developing and executing multi-year roadmaps and interdependent systems strategies 20. Proven success in delivering training, support, and consultation to a wide array of stakeholders 21. Proven success in implementing best practices, measurable process improvements, and operational efficiencies 22. Proven success in translating business requirements into technical deliverables and ensure success within and between phases 23. Demonstrated expertise in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), with experience managing complex programs or portfolios across multiple SDLC phases and methodologies **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 24. Advanced degree in a related field 25. Relevant certifications (eg Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional, etc.) 26. Experience in large-scale, global data center design or construction organizations 27.
