The Human Rights and Social Impact (HRSI) team seeks a Program Manager for Central Operations. This team drives business rhythm and team-wide progress at HRSI's core. As a strategic operational leader, you will excel in planning, execution, and team development.
You will own business and strategic planning while establishing and maintaining business rhythms that deliver on our mission. Working with senior leadership, you will manage business reviews, create growth opportunities for team members, and coordinate leadership activities and strategic offsites.
You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, set process standards, and implement innovative AI-powered solutions to enhance team productivity. This role requires someone who enables others' success and builds organizational capability through mentorship and skill development.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the annual Operating Plan and 3-Year Plan processes, as well as the Monthly and Quarterly Business Review
- Identify and coach team members on QBR/MBR ownership as stretch assignments to develop their capabilities
- Identify, evaluate, and drive adoption of new tools and technologies, with particular emphasis on AI-powered solutions
- Support the leadership team's operational rhythm including logistics, strategic planning sessions, leadership offsites and follow-ups
- Drive overall writing and AI skills improvement across the team
- Own cross-HRSI content and branding requirements, strategic tooling decisions and adoption, and media assets
- Set and maintain the highest standards for process adherence and operational excellence
- Lead change management initiatives

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to create executive-level documentation
- Proficiency with AI tools and technologies for productivity enhancement
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members
- Change management expertise with track record of successful tool and process adoption
- Experience supporting senior leadership and executive teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in social impact, sustainability, or human rights organizations

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
