Program Manager, Books, Amazon Advantage
Description Amazon Advantage is a consignment program that enables publishers, authors, musicians, filmmakers, studios, and other media content creators to list their physical products on Amazon and reach millions of customers globally. As a Program Manager for Vendor Success, you will be responsible for tracking and improving the satisfaction and support experience for the selling partners in our Advantage program. Key job responsibilities - Develop and maintain dashboards to regularly monitor key metrics around vendor onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction with the Advantage program - Analyze data across vendor support requests, vendor performance and operations data as well as anecdotes to identify pain points and opportunities to enhance the vendor experience, working cross-functionally with teams in supply chain, operations, customer support and product. - Facilitate feedback sessions with Advantage selling partners to deeply understand their challenges and needs - Partner with the Advantage product and vendor operations teams to implement process improvements and new features to address vendor pain points - Create training and enablement resources to empower Advantage sellers to effectively manage their businesses on the Amazon platform as well as receive effective support. - Provide regular updates and recommendations to Books leadership on the state of vendor satisfaction and progress on enhancing the program Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
