Affirm is seeking a driven Program Manager to join the Bank Partnerships team. This role requires direct interaction with our bank partners, ensuring efficient and timely service for all internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of bank partner agreements and be capable of managing necessary workstreams to fulfill all obligations.
What You’ll Do Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Affirm’s bank partners. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of bank partner agreements to ensure all company obligations are fulfilled through effective workstream facilitation. Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders by promptly addressing inquiries and needs. Assist in preparation of quarterly reports on Affirm's bank partnerships for internal cross-functional stakeholders. Track bank program budgets and expenses, ensuring that they are on plan or proactively flag necessary updates. Ensure accurate calculation and recording of all fees by reconciling them with bank partners. What We Look For Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a banking or financial services setting. Manages external partner relationships and possesses a basic understanding of non-bank lending arrangements. Possesses strong analytical skills and is adept at analyzing, tracking, and reporting on partner metrics and trends. Demonstrated excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to cultivate robust working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A demonstrated capacity for independent work and effective prioritization in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic SQL knowledge and experience with S&P Capital IQ are preferred.Pay Grade - H

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits.
CAN base pay range per year: $78,000 - $118,000
