The BR AVS Central is looking for a Program Manager with excellent technical and analytical abilities, as well as stakeholder management, to lead the Business Impact workstream in our team. The WW Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Program are a suite of services designed to help Amazon's most strategic vendors grow and deliver the best customer experience by working across all key retail levers (e.g. selection, availability, operational efficiency, catalog quality, and marketing). The service is delivered primarily through Brand Specialists assigned to specific vendors. As a PM, you will enable scalable business financial data workflow in our reporting so we can accurately make decisions. Your priority will be to set-up a data structure we can feed our reports and set-up data processes for possible changes and enhancements across key retail metrics, working continuously to improve the productivity of your team. You will work in close collaboration with AVS Team Leads, Head of Vendor Manager, Finance Business Partners and other key Retail stakeholders to understand vendors and business’ needs. Finally, you will be expected to contribute to continuous enhancements and innovation within the service. You should be passionate about diving deep into analysis and creating frugal and scalable solutions, resourceful and customer focused. You need to have a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced and dynamic business environments while managing the needs of different groups of stakeholders and keep them engaged.
Key job responsibilities
- Deliver Vendor Improvement Plan (VIP) and Vendor Growth Plan (VGP) tools enhancements and continuous improvements, aligned with business peers;
- Closely align with finance partners on AVS Program financial strategy and its impact in the Retail Business;
- Set up and continuously improve Contra-COGS management for AVS contracts for the Retail Team;
- Ensure alignment with Retail leadership during Annual Vendor Negotiations on AVS contract values.

The AVS Central Team is divided into 5 main work streams and 2 additional areas: 1) Scaling (operational process optimization, automation, and outsourcing), 2) People (hiring, learning & development), 3) Vendor Experience, 4) Offering (AVS menu of services), and 5) Business Impact. We also count with a i) product, and ii) data division.
