We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee two strategic payment products: Shop with Points and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solutions. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, development, and growth while ensuring operational excellence across both programs.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management of Shop with Points and BNPL products, including strategy development, implementation roadmap, and performance tracking
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with technology, operations, marketing, and risk teams to ensure successful product delivery and operational excellence
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements
- Monitor program health through KPIs, market analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth
