We seek a Program Manager to join Amazon Music Japan. This role is crucial in supporting campaign, content, and livestreaming event operations while driving process optimization to enable business growth. You'll work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, collaborating with diverse teams and agency partners both locally and globally. Your ability to adapt global processes for the Japanese market while maintaining consistency in measurement and reporting will be key to success.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Strong organizational skills, excellent cross-cultural communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. You should be adept at facilitating communication between global and local teams, ensuring seamless execution of operational initiatives, and driving continuous improvement in our processes.
Key job responsibilities
- Campaign & Livestreaming Operations: Support end-to-end campaign, video programming, and livestreaming event operations, including partner communication and coordination. Manage payment and procurement workflows (purchase order processing, contract management, spend tracking) and ensure timely execution of operational tasks.
- Reporting & Analytics: Compile campaign and content performance metrics, create and maintain reporting templates, and support measurement processes across projects, and put together campaign/event insights.
- Documentation: Create and update playbooks, process guides, and briefing templates to ensure consistency, efficiency, and knowledge transfer within the team.
- Stakeholder & Partner Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, product, brand/content) and external partners/agencies to ensure timely approvals and smooth project delivery.
