We are seeking a Program Manager I to join our Manufacturing Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects related to inventory system management, supply chain system development, and other manufacturing operations initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver straightforward projects related to existing manufacturing operations programs
- Apply project management best practices to improve team and process efficiency
- Resolve blocking problems and facilitate delivery of project goals
- Develop project plans, including milestones and launch schedules, to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Learn and understand business needs, workflows, and requirements related to manufacturing operations projects
- Drive productive discussions and help teams reach consensus on project decisions
- Manage project communications and serve as a point of contact for team projects
- Run effective meetings and create clear, concise documentation (e.g., project charters, functional requirements, status reports)
- Identify roadblocks, drive problem resolution, and escalate issues when necessary
- Establish and track measures of success for each project
Basic Qualifications
- Experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in program or project management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
