Program Manager, Amazon Grocery Logistics
Description Amazon Grocery Logistics (AGL) is looking for a Program Manager to join our Delivery Execution Team, focusing on Grocery Partnerships — Amazon’s third-party grocery delivery service. In this role, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional projects and drive improvements in a complex, rapidly-growing business. This role requires innovative problem-solving, ability to work with data, and strong written and verbal communication skills to drive last-mile delivery strategy and execution. You will need to present complex analysis and recommendations to influence and gain alignment from cross-functional stakeholders in an ambiguous, high-paced environment. Key job responsibilities - Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance teams - Leverage data to identify and develop business cases, drive decision making, and conduct deep dive analyses that are quantified with metrics - Define and track metrics and mechanisms to ensure success of the business at scale - Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment to solve problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks - Present program progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership through regular business reviews Basic Qualifications - 2+ years of program or project management experience - Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in relevant field Preferred Qualifications - Experience with SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
