**Job Description**
AECOM is looking for an experienced **Program Management Sr Manager** to work in Lima, Peru. This position will serve specifically as the **Deputy Project Manager – Delivery** for a major healthcare infrastructure program in Peru, which includes the construction of up to three hospitals. The role will lead the delivery assurance across design, construction, operations and maintenance, and health & safety, while overseeing the coordination of three project directors and ensuring alignment with program controls, contractual obligations, and client expectations
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Leads the delivery assurance across design, construction, operations and maintenance, and health & safety (H&S), ensuring alignment with program objectives and contractual obligations.
+ Directly oversees the three Project Directors within the program, ensuring consistent coordination and representation of the PMO across all projects.
+ Facilitates agile and effective communication between delivery teams, project directors, and the program controls area, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
+ Ensures compliance with required quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints for all deliverables under the delivery scope.
+ Coordinates cross-functional activities and integrates inputs from multiple disciplines to ensure cohesive execution across the program.
+ Understands and interprets healthcare-specific design requirements and sanitary regulations, ensuring they are embedded in project execution.
+ Applies contractual understanding to guide project execution, prioritizing contractual compliance over technical preferences when necessary.
+ Promotes a proactive safety culture and ensures health and safety standards are implemented and monitored throughout all phases of delivery.
+ Supports strategic decision-making by providing delivery-related insights to senior leadership and program governance bodies.
+ Manages or provides oversight on a portfolio of projects or capital program(s) of significant size and complexity, and significant financial impact.
+ Provides strategic plan and delivery on key client and program success; has broad program management impact.
+ Prepares and delivers presentations on behalf and in support of the client’s program.
+ Serves as the single point of contact to the client and acts as a liaison between management and clients on advanced program-related issues.
+ Interacts with executive level government or public officials and/or executive level clients on significant program matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
+ Assesses and manages risk on behalf of the client. Certification preferred.
+ Manages more complex projects that tend to be larger in scope and dollar, thereby increasing the potential for larger change orders and consequences of error.
+ May act independently as the IE representative with consulting firms and ensures that the final product reflects the original scope and budget requirements.
+ Increasing responsibility for leadership of direct reports.
+ Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
+ Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
+ Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
+ Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project.
+ Applies in-depth knowledge of all aspects of field of expertise, along with interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
+ Drives execution of tactical business plans with direction from a region business line leader for growth and profitability of regional business line, implementation and execution of global business line strategy and programs.
+ Support in-country business line business development activities, in-country client management for business line.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ BA/BS in engineering, architecture, project management, or related disciplines. +10 YORE including 2 years of leadership.
+ Proven experience in managing complex programs, preferably in healthcare infrastructure or sanitary projects.
+ Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
