Program Management Specialist
This leader drives scalable sales operations by setting clear objectives, optimizing processes and tools, and empowering teams through data‑driven strategy, cross‑functional collaboration, and disciplined performance management to accelerate growth and elevate customer impact. **Your role:** + Leads sales operations by setting objectives, delegating work, and continuously reviewing performance to ensure operational success and efficiency. + Focuses on operational consistency, and the smooth rollout of new processes, tools, and ways of working. + Drives strategic plans that enable growth and market expansion through optimized processes, data‑driven insights, and cross‑functional collaboration. + Oversees sales tools and contract lifecycle management, ensuring proper system selection, integration, optimization, and full compliance to mitigate risk and support productivity. + Manages talent and resources by directing staffing, performance management, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operations and enhance customer satisfaction. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management. + Your skills include a high level of time management experience while working with multiple account managers and business units. + You have a bachelor's degree. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You’re an excellent communicator who excels in environments requiring collaboration with executives. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
