In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation’s security and intelligence mission.  

You would be supporting the US Air Force’s Air Combat Command, the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance-Enterprise (ISR-E) Program Manager leads the delivery of multi-disciplined intelligence operations in support of global United States (US) military and government operations, including, but not limited to, all Major Commands across a globally deployed workforce of hundreds of Contractor personnel. These activities include analysis and assessment support, training support, and a wide range of intelligence support functions.

Responsibilities\: 
Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.  Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and other activities.  Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.

Have managed programs of at least 250 FTE for the past three (3) years or more.
Have managed programs with workforce distributed across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Clearance Required\: TS/SCI

Minimum Education\: Bachelor’s

Minimum Years of Experience\: 10 years DoD Program Management experience

Required Certifications\: Program Management Professional (PMP)

Preferred\: 
Work experience with the Air Force, Air Combat Command, including A2 and/or Air Force Cyber (AFCYBER)
Master’s degree or Higher

The base salary range for this position is $170k to $230k. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
