Program Management Analyst (VOPS-2025-23644):

 

Bowhead seeks a Program Management Analyst to provide routine and complex program or financial management support/analyses, including; needs assessments and cost/benefits analyses in an effort to align program/financial needs with business initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

Job duties will include but are not limited to: 

Updating NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) with modified and/or new Task Planning Sheets (TPSs).

Capturing planning inputs for the Track Management Program Director (PD) to enable refinement of proposed tasking and funding for NSWCDD Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) portfolios of work.

Continuing to refine TPSs in NEPS for Track Management submits as budgets are provided and adjustments are required.

Adjusting TPSs to satisfy TPS submit changes by IWS 6 Program Office.

Providing TPS summary information to Track Management leadership of the portfolios of CEC.

Developing submissions to the Program Office in response to 7300 and OPP requests and responding to inquiries and allocation adjustments.

Proposing and providing responses to 7300 and OPP requests for tasking and funding requirements for systems engineering support to the integration and acquisition of products within the Track Management portfolio of products for new construction Navy ships.

Supporting scheduling of meetings, meeting minutes, and consolidating bi-weekly inputs.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.More than eight years(8+) professional experience supporting Navy Combat SystemsIntermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contactsStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

 

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of timeMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.  US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
