This role offers the flexibility to work onsite at any Collins Aerospace domestic location or remotely. Responsibilities + Interact with Digital Technology Finance and leadership within the DT organization. + Work closely with DT leadership and the finance team to manage planning, actuals, and forecasting deliverables. + Compile, analyze, and report business DT spend actuals, collaborating with DT leadership and finance teams to forecast future spend accurately. + Support and partner with DT leadership to achieve operating plans and drive actions to support those plans. + Perform financial month-end close and forecast activities. + Analyze actual results and provide guidance for short/long-term financial improvements. + Provide support for the Long-Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan process. + Identify and drive continuous improvements of key processes. + Monitor headcount, capital, and other activities as needed. + Help maintain effective internal controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, USG Accounting, and Trade Compliance Regulations. Essential Skills + Advanced knowledge of financial planning obtained through advanced education and experience. + Ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex financial information. + Experience in financial planning and analysis within a highly matrixed organization. + Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident Green Card holder. Additional Skills & Qualifications + A university degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. + Prior SAP experience. + Proven leadership in related positions. + Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic and changing environment while managing multiple priorities. + Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines. + Self-guided and self-motivated with the ability to work with limited oversight. Work Environment The role offers the flexibility to work remotely or onsite at any Collins Aerospace domestic location. It requires the use of advanced financial planning tools and software, including SAP and MS Office applications, in a collaborative and innovative environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
