Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Integration Lead to join our team! In this role you will serve as the senior integrator for the BNATCS program, providing strategic oversight and coordination across all program elements. This role is responsible for ensuring operational, technical, and schedule integration across multiple teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet FAA program objectives. The successful candidate will bring deep FAA program experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels to deliver results in a complex, multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead integration of BNATCS program plans, schedules, and deliverables across all functional areas, ensuring alignment with FAA requirements and milestones. Oversee coordination between technical teams, functional leads, subcontractors, and FAA stakeholders to maintain program cohesion and resolve cross-functional challenges. Drive development and maintenance of program performance dashboards, status reports, and executive briefings for leadership and FAA representatives. Facilitate high-level integration meetings and decision forums to address dependencies, risks, and change management. Monitor and assess program-wide risks, issues, and performance metrics, and implement mitigation strategies. Provide strategic recommendations to the Program Manager and leadership on improving integration, efficiency, and execution. Ensure compliance with FAA standards, security requirements, and operational protocols. Mentor and guide junior program staff to support successful integration and delivery.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in program management, engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of program/project management or integration experience supporting large-scale, complex programs. Demonstrated experience leading integration efforts on FAA programs; strong understanding of FAA processes, systems, and operational environment. Proven ability to manage multi-team, multi-location integration in a high-visibility program. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and program management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet. Strong leadership, negotiation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior FAA stakeholders. Ability to obtain and maintain FAA Public Trust or equivalent clearance.Preferred Qualifications
Prior BNATCS or NAS program experience. PMP or PgMP certification. Experience managing subcontractor integration and performance in a government contracting environment.Security Clearance Requirement:
