CACI is seeking an experienced Program Financial Analyst (PFA), Senior to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES II).
Program Financial Analyst (PFA), Senior:
Provides financial support and analysis for planning, forecasting, and decision-making and overall delivery of financial commitments
Responsible for all program financials, including management and review of cost, funding, labor charging, all forecasting and internal reporting, and invoice preparation, review, and submission
Prepares and monitors progress of program EAC’s and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met
Oversees travel and purchasing processes to ensure that requests are submitted in a timely manner, with enough time for Government review and concurrence
Contributes to development and/or maintenance of Contract deliverable deliverables
Assists in the management and review of cost, funding, labor charging, all forecasting and internal reporting, invoice preparation, review, and submission
Contributes to the development of annual operating plans and forecasts and supports monthly, quarterly, and annual updates
Develops accurate and timely monthly performance reports for the programs and projects
Develops financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with Government and customer requirements
Monitors progress of program requirements
Supports program meetings, program deliverables (such as the PMP), and accounting for service contract reporting, as directed
Monitors cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
May supervise others
Education & Experience:
Must have Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS)
A minimum of 8 - 12 years of relevant experience
Must possess an active secret security clearance.
Demonstrates mastery of financial analysis and reporting, including government contracting and subcontracting labor hour tracking.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of travel and purchasing processes, financial forecasting, and decision-making support.
Exhibits skills needed to develop and manage annual operating plans, monthly performance reports, and financial controls to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Demonstrates proficiency in cost performance monitoring, invoice preparation, and internal reporting.
Desired background in military program financial management and government contracting regulations.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
