We are seeking a Program Finance Manager to be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting and control processes for large scale programs. This role ensures that program activities align with financial objectives, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals. The specialist provides financial analysis, reporting, and support to facilitate effective decision-making and program execution This role will complete financial tasks while performing program financial analysis, invoice coordination and submission support, funding planning, Estimates at Completion (EACs), forecasting, CDRL deliverables support, spend plan updates\/maintenance, billing and unbilled reconciliations and other ad hoc reporting to management, customers and subcontractors.\n
Position requires an active TS\/SCI with polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.\n
Duties\/Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive financial plans and budgets for assigned programs.\nMonitor and control program expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.\nConduct financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.\nPrepare financial reports and presentations for program management and stakeholders.\nCoordinate with project managers, finance teams, and other departments to ensure accurate financial data.\nEnsure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport the financial aspects of program planning, scheduling, and risk management.\nAssist in audits and financial reviews related to program activities.\nImplement and improve financial control processes and tools for program management.\nAnalyzing and auditing various funding sources \nAssigning charge codes to team\nProcessing, reconciling and tracking invoices and reports through completion\nSupport financial team by adjusting month and quarter-end entries\n\n
Required Skills:\n\nStrong communication skills\nTeam player, good interpersonal skills and strong work ethic\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nProven experience in financial planning, analysis, and control, preferably in program or project management\nExcellent organizational and time management skills with attention to deadlines\nSeven (7) years Program Control\/Accounting\/Financial Analyst experience.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel\n\n
Desired Skills\n\nExperience in Unanet Accounting software\nGovernment Contracting Experience (FAR, Cost Accounting)\n\n
Education\n
Relevant degree such as Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics preferred\n
