CACI is currently looking for an experienced Program Financial Manager to join our Enterprise IT Finance team. We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Program Financial Manager to lead financial strategy, compliance, and performance. You’ll work closely with program managers and cross functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you’re ready to take ownership and make a difference, this role is a great fit.
The Program Financial Manager acts as the primary financial partner to program managers, overseeing all aspects of program financials—from budgeting and billing to forecasting and reporting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring contract compliance, supporting program operations, and maintaining financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years of related work experience to include 3+ years of program control OR financial managementIntermediate MS Excel skills to work with large data sets to perform analysis and monthly manual spreadsheet report in support of monthly invoiceAbility to work with multiple support functions (contracts, procurement, accounting, engineering)Good foundation of accounting principles to include cost collection, revenue recognition, Estimate at Complete (EAC) lifecycle, invoicing, and unbilled reconciliation

The proposed salary range for this position is:
