The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Finance Analyst to join our Business Operations and Finance team. This individual will play a key role in supporting large, complex contracts by driving financial performance, forecasting, and reporting. The Finance Analyst will work closely with Program Managers, Subcontracts, and the broader finance organization to ensure accurate financial execution and provide critical insights to leadership.

As a member of the team, the analyst will be responsible for managing financial planning activities such as revenue forecasting, spend plan development, subcontractor tracking, and variance analysis. The role will also support business operations by assisting with accounts receivable, invoicing, and monthly reporting deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the intricacies of program finance within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while gaining exposure to both corporate and customer-facing functions.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. Responsibilities:

Work with the Program Manager and Financial Project Manager to oversee monitor financial performance of entire contract portfolio.Compile spend plans, create financial forecasts, correct expensing issues, and identify and communicate funding needs to internal stakeholders.Assist in the management of a portfolio of subcontractors providing technical support to DoD customersTrack subcontractor funding, expenditures, project status, reporting, and deliverables.Work with the subcontracts administrator to initiate subcontracting actions with teammates and track purchase orders.Assist in development of statements of work, developing Request for Quote documentation, and coordinate requests for contract authorizationsSupport monthly financial reporting by assisting with the maintenance of templates and serve in a backup capacity for monthly report creation.


Qualifications:
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience.A minimum of 5 years’ of related finance experience of which 2 years are in DOD contracting financial performance.Proven analytical skillsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables)Intermediate skills in MS Word and PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skills


Desired:

Experience with Deltek Costpoint, IBM COGNOS, Oracle CAPS, Smartview, MS Powerpoint, and PowerBiAbility to work independently as well as with a team

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,200
