**Job Description:** Reporting to the market Executive Director, the Program Director of Major Giving is responsible for managing a regional portfolio with the purpose to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward potential and existing major gift donors of the Essentia Health Foundation on the local level. This position will aim to create a level of sustainability by ensuring a strong, local pipeline. The position will partner with the local foundation board, as well as local leadership and physicians/care teams. They will also coordinate efforts with our systemwide development staff, ensuring their strategy plan aligns with that of the health system, and that their process and programs are coordinated with the health system. **Education Qualifications:** Educational Requirements: + Bachelors degree Required Qualifications: + 4years of development, marketing,sales,orthe equivalentexperience isrequired. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with CRM (Client Relationship Management Software), for example Raisers Edge or Sales Force.CFRE (Certified Fundraising Executive).
