We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Construction Program Director who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our program team working alongside the Owner’s staff, you’ll be responsible not only for the overall delivery, but also for the management of the program from inception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You’ll manage and provide program leadership and management and oversight of an extensive communications tower program and resolve complex challenges. As the onsite Program Director, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of the program, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety of the team. Your role keeps our company connected and we’ll support you with what you need to be successful. •Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture •15+ years of project manager experience including program management of communications tower installations •Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building •Ability to work alongside our client’s teams at their offices • Relocation assistance provided Ideally, You’ll Also Have: •Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification preferred Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
