Reporting daily to the Program Delivery Manager, the role of Program Coordinator has been created to assist in all and any areas to ensure that the program services to GREF and the customer run smoothly.
The GREF Expressions Program is a collaborative effort that generates arts programming to promote and showcase creativity, community and diversity of thought for the client’s employees. The program accomplishes this through activities such as community partner workshops, drop-in activities, team building exercises, campus wide events and field trips developed to help the client’s employees experience a more creatively fulfilling workplace while engaging with the local art community.
What this job involves
Support Program Delivery Manager with day to day calendar management, weekly communications, Lab and Studio programming (Core programming and Artist in Residence), systems support and customer experience.Deliver ongoing arts programming in both Seattle and Bellevue locations.Develop educational outcome driven curriculum for various program events including but not limited to Team Buildings, Workshops, Drop-ins, Pop Up and Field Trips.Liaise with Community Partners as needed for in-person and virtual programming needs.Manage and execute supply inventory and ordering – manage metrics surrounding par levels and cost saving measures.Input and track attendance metrics, responsible for onsite visitor experience.Develop Standard Operating Procedures as needed to preserve standardized methodology to support Global scaling.Other tasks and duties as assigned/required, i.e. Campus events, campus program collaborations, etc.Every day is different, and in all these activities, we’d encourage you to show your ingenuity.

Three (3) or more years of lab, studio or facility operations experienceThree (3) or more years of program experience (preferably in community engagement, art education implementation and/or hospitality)Business acumen with understanding of corporate infrastructure and systems managementGraphic design experience utilizing Adobe Suite and/or Mac equipmentBudgetary experience requiredExcellent communication (written and verbal)Previous experience of working within a high-profile corporate environmentPro-active and hands on – happy to support other Team membersKnowledge of Facilities Management processes preferableIT Skills, Outlook, Excel, Word.Professional, friendly and welcoming attitudeAbility to show initiativeWhat you can expect from us
