Position Summary
We have a current vacancy for a Program Coordinator for the National Digital Excellence Centre (NDEC).
Key Areas of Responsibility
Lead the coordination of select education, training, and upskilling programs in support of NDEC objectives.
Manage site support and administrative requirements for NDEC programs.
Serve as the main point of contact and work with internal teams and external partners to support the successful delivery of NDEC programs.
Assist with scheduling, organizing, conducting meetings and events (school visits, roundtable, workshops) as needed.
Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and purchasing of office supplies or services for programs
Support the implementation and improvement of program policies, procedures, and best practices.
Facilitate communication among departments to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
Address and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating matters when necessary.
Where applicable, assist in the delivery of key projects focused on education and training
Minimum Qualifications
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and/ or experience will be considered.
At least 2 years’ experience in program coordination, office administration, project support, or a similar role, preferably in an education, technology, research, or engineering environments.
Experience with project management and/or program administration
Experience in coordinating meetings, events, or training sessions.
Familiarity with budget tracking and basic financial processes (e.g., invoice processing, purchasing).
Proficient with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint).
Experience with project management software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.

Special Position Requirements
The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash (TTC) $65,000-85,000 CAD Annual.
This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity.
