Program Coordinator, Ride & Dispatch

What this job involves:

This position coordinates our client benefit free shuttle service operations across North America, managing real-time transportation solutions for 1000+ daily riders. You will support JLL's commitment to reducing single-occupancy vehicle usage through alternative commute programs while delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This role contributes directly to JLL's business objectives by enhancing client satisfaction and supporting sustainable transportation initiatives that improve workplace experiences.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Monitor and manage real-time shuttle operations through transportation management platformsProvide timely and friendly customer service to client employees seeking information about commute optionsUtilize ticket management systems to document and track customer support requests, ensuring professional and timely resolutionUse Microsoft Excel and other tools to track critical shuttle program data and make recommendations based on analysisPartner with shuttle vendor teams to solve real-time challenges and ensure cohesive experiences for ridersTrack and analyze ridership patterns and program KPIs to support continuous improvementCoordinate with on-site facilitators and internal stakeholders to maintain high standards of employee commute experience.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma1-3 years of customer service experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to large audiences virtuallyBasic skills with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions during service disruptionsExcellent organizational and time management skills with flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Transportation or logistics experienceExperience with transportation management platformsKnowledge of complex transportation networks and GPS/directional technologiesBasic financial knowledge including ability to calculate percentagesExperience with hand-held mobile technologies and applicationsPrevious experience conducting virtual information sessions or presentations
