About the Role:
The role supports structured and transparent governance by maintaining accurate plans, milestones, and dependencies; enabling timely decision-making through clear status reporting; and ensuring work remains aligned to the client’s Statement of Work (SOW), global GWS standards, and account ways of working.Acting as a central point of contact, the Program Coordinator supports the Business Operations Manager and Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) Subject Matter Experts to consolidate inputs, manage the “Rhythm of Business” (ROB) cadence across all account activities, and maintain Microsoft Planner as the primary task and milestone management tool.The role ensures stakeholders can quickly understand progress, risks, and achievements across the account, and that supporting materials are organized and available when needed.The Program Coordinator supports delivery and governance across the EMEA GWS portfolio by coordinating stakeholders, administering governance forums, and providing clear status reporting via Microsoft Planner and ROB processes, ensuring activities and deliverables remain aligned to the client’s SOW through strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication.About You:
2+ years in program coordination, PMO/PgMO support, project administration, or operations roles supporting multiple stakeholders.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Planner and Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc); experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet) is an advantage.Ability to learn quickly and a willingness to identify problem or opportunities and investigate possible solutions.Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate trackers, documentation, and audit-ready records.Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including the ability to produce clear status updates and escalate risks/issues appropriately.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
