Program Control Analyst Associate
**MANTECH** seeks a skilled, professional, and service-oriented Entry-Level **Program Control Analyst** to join our vehicle sustainment team. This position is **fully remote** . The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the financial accuracy and operational efficiency of our programs. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Manage document closure, ensuring all project paperwork is completed, filed, and archived correctly. + Analyze project data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues, providing insights to program managers. + Verify the accuracy of coding for financial transactions and labor hours, upholding data integrity. + Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks, from data entry to reporting. **Minimum Qualifications:** + A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required. + Degrees in other business fields may be considered with relevant work experience. + Relevant work experience includes an internship or a previous role in a finance, accounting, or program support function. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely; demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a high level of engagement in all tasks. + Proactive and resourceful, with a natural curiosity to understand the “why” behind the data and the drive to contribute meaningfully to team goals. + Exceptional time management and organizational skills, consistently meeting timelines and adapting effectively to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Collaborative team player who works well with others yet remains self-motivated and capable of performing independently when needed. + Passionate about learning, confident when facing challenges, and unafraid to fail—viewing every obstacle as an opportunity for professional growth. **Clearance Requirements:** + Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and kneel. + Must be able to push, pull, and reach. + Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.
