We are seeking a Program Contracts Manager who will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, analyzing, and managing contracts and subcontracts related to organizational projects or procurement activities. This role ensures that contractual agreements comply with organizational policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements while protecting the organization's interests. The professional collaborates with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth contract execution and risk management \n
This role will coordinate and execute all phases of a contract lifecycle including up-front communication, revisions of terms and conditions, obtaining contract signatures and providing all relevant documentation for record retention and distribution to key stakeholders for the company and its subcontractors, through monitoring compliance and contract closeout. The role will support all contractual CDRL deliverables, and other ad hoc reporting to management, customers and subcontractors.\n
Position requires an active TS\/SCI with polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.\n
Duties\/Responsibilities:\n\nDraft, review, and negotiate contracts and subcontracts with customers, vendors, and partners.\nEnsure contractual terms and conditions align with organizational policies, project requirements, and legal standards\nCoordinate with project managers, finance teams, and other departments to ensure accurate financial data.\nEnsure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nAnalyzing various contractual funding sources\nAssigning charge codes to team\nTrack and process travel authorizations, travel expense reports, and ITAR requests for contracts\nSupport audits and reviews related to contract management.\nProvide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contractual processes and best practices.\nStay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting contracts and subcontracts.\n\n
Required Skills:\n\nStrong communication skills\nTeam player, good interpersonal skills and strong work ethic\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nProven experience in coordination and execution of all phases of contract lifecycle from negotiation, monitoring to closeout\nExcellent organizational and time management skills with attention to deadlines\nTwo (2) years contracts\/subcontracts experience within the Intelligence Community.\nUnderstanding of FAR and DFARs and ability to flow down relevant clauses in subcontracts\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple contracts simultaneously\nProficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat\n\n
Desired Skills:\n\nExperience in Unanet Accounting\/Contracts software\n\n
Education:\n\nRelevant degree such as Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Contracts or related field preferred\n\n
