Schedule: 40 hours/week; 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm

Earn $16.25/hour or 18.25/hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay

Shift Differentials: Mon-Fri, 1st shift-$3; Mon-Fri 2nd or 3rd shift-$4; Weekends (Fri, 11pm-Mon, 7am)-$5

Position Details

The Program Assistant supports individuals with mental health needs in the assisted living home setting by providing assistance with daily living activities, emotional support, and community integration.

Duties and Responsibilities

Follow service plan guidelines and provide instructional and supporting programming Assist with daily living activities, personal care, communication, and social skill development
Aid in the development of individualized programs for residents
Documenting and reporting on residents’ progress and any incidents Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Participating in recreational activities and outings with residents
