This key team member coordinates and monitors non-clinical operations for the multidisciplinary team, ensures timely and accurate client intake, and provides vital receptionist and triage services to support communication between clients, families, and clinicians. Key Responsibilities:
Organize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for clients and team operations
Act as a key communication hub between the team and clients/families, including triaging calls
Participate in daily team staffing and coordinate client intake and referrals
Maintain and organize client charts and ensure documentation meets organizational standards
Prepare statistical and tracking reports; maintain data logs for admissions/discharges
Manage office inventory, vehicle logs, and equipment maintenance
Coordinate landline and cellular communications accounts
De-escalate symptomatic client behavior and support clients in crisis situations
Provide general administrative support and serve as the public-facing representative of the team
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Education or experience in human services, office management, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to manage administrative duties in a healthcare or social services setting
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Required License/Certification:
None required

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations and effectively manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to client service and team collaboration
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
