Program and Operations Manager - GIS and Asset Management
Job Description Our client is looking for a candidate to oversee the asset management program, including enterprise systems for project, work order, and asset tracking. Responsibilities include maintaining standard operating procedures, supporting end users through training and troubleshooting, and optimizing tools such as GIS, CMMS, and program management platforms. The position collaborates with stakeholders to define goals, improve systems, and extract data to support broader planning and maintenance efforts. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with asset management with strong ESRI GIS experience. Strong understanding of asset management principles, practices, and enterprise solutions. Experience with Cityworks is preferred. Experience with municipal utilities preferred. • Experience with PowerBI is preferred. • 3+ years of staff management experience is preferred.
