Responsibilities include maintaining standard operating procedures, supporting end users through training and troubleshooting, and optimizing tools such as GIS, CMMS, and program management platforms. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with asset management with strong ESRI GIS experience. Strong understanding of asset management principles, practices, and enterprise solutions. Experience with Cityworks is preferred. Experience with municipal utilities preferred. • Experience with PowerBI is preferred. • 3+ years of staff management experience is preferred.
