Program Analyst- Senior (C80-2025-23763):

 

Bowhead Program Management & Operations seeks a Program Analyst-Senior will support SEA01 at the Washington Naval Shipyard onsite and provide high-level administrative support.  This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective execution of executive responsibilities through expert coordination, compliance oversight, and operational support.

Responsibilities Administrative Support & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and staff on administrative best practices, implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Manage complex executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook; schedule and prioritize meetings, coordinate logistics, and resolve scheduling conflicts to optimize leadership productivity.Compliance & Operations Management: Oversee administrative operations and ensure adherence to all applicable command directives, regulations, and policies in support of organizational objectives.Executive Communications: Draft, review, and edit executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentation briefings, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and alignment with mission goals.Records Management: Maintain and manage secure records management systems for both classified and unclassified documents, ensuring proper storage, retrieval, and disposal in compliance with regulations.Training Program Support: Coordinate and track training initiatives; prepare reports and communicate progress to the Chief of Staff to support workforce development efforts.Inventory & Procurement Management: Monitor and maintain adequate office supplies; manage procurement processes to ensure efficiency and minimize waste.Travel Coordination: Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements via the Defense Travel System (DTS), ensuring compliance with travel regulations and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelors Degree and five plus(5+) years of experience conducting studies and preparing reports on feasibility and cost effectiveness.Proven experience providing executive-level administrative support in a government or military environment preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and DTS.Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and classified information with discretion.Knowledge of records management standards and compliance requirements.Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of timeMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

 

Targeted salary range is 105,000/annually to 125,000/annually commensurate on experience. 

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
