HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
In this role you will:
Perform administrative and analytical tasks in support of the GSS Business Operations Subcontractor Support team.Build and maintain strong professional relationships as the Business Operations liaison to internal and external teams.Learn and utilize GDIT's SC360 internal procurement system to initiate and submit Purchase Requisitions to provide cost funding to subcontractor teammates.Learn and utilize GDIT's SETRIS timekeeping tool to administer accounts, deliver communications, and review timecards in accordance with DCAA guidelines.Provide frontline support to subcontractor teammates across multiple programs to mitigate, manage and solve complex problem sets.Coordinate and track actions required to execute assigned internal projects and daily tasks across all programs, to include: actionable events, milestones, program issues, deadlines, client inquiries, training, and quality control exercises.Actively monitor and manage personal and shared team mailboxes to capture actions, provide timely responses, and support client needs.Participate in special ad hoc projects as necessary.Update documentation and program materials in an organized manner to multiple platforms across various networks.Assist senior personnel in establishing program requirements and process improvements.EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
0+ years of related administrative experience.Skills and abilities: detail oriented with a sense of urgency. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with proper time management and communication. Desire to learn with the ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements.Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Adobe & SharePoint.Active TS/SCI Clearance desired, or the ability to obtain one.Location: Company Site

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $56,950.00 - $77,050.00. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
