Program Analyst
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Program Analyst** to join our team working in **Washington, D.C.** This is a **hybrid** position with 3 days onsite and 2 day remote. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Responsible for oversight and planning of the LSD 41/49 Class and ESB Class ship programs, evaluating program activities, and constructing executive level briefing material to report programmatic statuses to key government and private sector stakeholders + Lead and/or participate in the execution, updating, and projecting of program financial funds and records + Perform multi-faceted assignments requiring the analysis of complex systems and projects + Evaluate and report on anticipated future requirements, develop plans for various projects or program activities to meet competing requirements, and provide inputs on feasibility of proposed approaches to programmatic problems + Review historic maintenance and modernization impacts to ship sustainment projects and assessing future project durations that impact program budgets + Access and extract information from various Navy databases including Navy Data Environment (NDE) + Travel up to 10% **Minimum Qualifications:** + 10+ years of program or project analysis experience supporting federal contracts or the military + Bachelor's degree in any field OR equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree + Experience executing, updating, and projecting program financial funds and records + Experience with project or program cost, schedule, performance and risk **Preferred Qualifications:** + Familiarity with Navy maintenance and modernization processes and implementation **Clearance Requirements:** + Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current United States Government Secret security clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. + Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
