As a Program Analyst for Billing and Customer Defects, you will provide critical operational support for our rapidly growing business by executing billing processes, generating reports, and supporting customer defect resolution workflows. Working under the guidance of the Program Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day execution of billing operations, data analysis, and reporting that enables leadership decision-making. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and the ability to work effectively across time zones with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams.

Key job responsibilities
* Generate and distribute billing reports to stakeholders
* Perform data validation and reconciliation for billing accuracy
* Maintain billing documentation and update process guides
* Work with Program Manager on month-end close activities and revenue reporting
* Log and track customer defects in the defect management system
* Document defect details, root causes, and resolution steps
* Generate weekly and monthly defect reports for leadership review
* Monitor makegood requests and track through approval workflows
* Maintain accurate records of all customer issues and resolutions
* Create and maintain operational dashboards and reports
* Analyze billing and defect data to identify trends and patterns
* Prepare summary reports highlighting key metrics and insights
* Support ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
