Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Program Analyst to join our team. The Program Analyst (PA) performs a quality check of all programs to ensure fees and expenses have been saved to the program file on the shared drive and have been entered in the database.
The PA also ensures fees and expenses are accurately calculated and entered in the database to comply with client specific guidelines. The PA will partner with internal and external team members to obtain outstanding documents, and identifies any issues/concerns and reports them to the Program Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
Audit all program related spend for client(s), ensuring that all amounts on the source documents match the amounts entered in the database.Ensure all program documentation (SIS, Evaluation, venue/vendor receipts, speaker expenses, etc.) has been uploaded to the database and program file on the shared drive.Follow-up with speakers, sales force, and/or vendors on missing documentation/receipts.Process speaker honoraria and expense payments.Act as back-up support to Closeout Coordinator as needed.Input timely updates to Program Tracker.Adhere to standard operating procedures, client service level agreements, and compliance guidelines.Address compliance observations from the client.Look for ways to improve workflows and help identify possible automation or efficiencies.Perform other job-related duties and tasks as assigned.Qualifications & Software/Technology:
Associate degree or equivalent education and work experience preferred.Able to organize, plan and prioritize work in a deadline driven work environment.Ability to multi-task.Ability to compare, contrast, and quality check work.Strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TeamsAbility to organize, plan, and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.Ability to communicate both verbally and written with internal team members as well as clients and vendors.Ability to work independently and as a valued team member.Practical knowledge of basic bookkeeping/accounting.Strong understanding of Pharma Guidelines and Sunshine Act.Candidates applying for this remote position must reside in the same country where the job is located.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $37,400.00 - $93,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
